Dump Trailer Rentals

Customers frequently choose our enclosed trailer rental options when transporting valuable cargo that requires protection from weather, road debris, and theft. We also provide access to specialized equipment, including dump trailer rental solutions that make debris removal, landscaping projects, construction cleanup, and material transport more efficient.

• To reserve a trailer we do not require a deposit. Just call us with your required date and size of trailer so we can check availability.  Please remember to call and cancel if you no longer need your reservation!
  
• Due to loss of other possible bookings, you may cancel a portion of your booking without cost if we can re-book those dates, otherwise you are responsible for the days booked. The more notice, the greater chance we can re-book it.
  
• Trailers will be inspected by customer and Premier Trailer before and after rental period. If damage occurs during the rental period it is the responsibility of the customer for repairs. It is possible the auto policy for your vehicle covers the trailer being towed. Check with your local insurance agent for details.
• Any injury or physical damage occurring during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter and or the renter's insurance company. For questions on coverage contact your insurance company.
• We request that units are returned in reasonably clean condition and if not a $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged. If you have been towing the units on gravel roads or road salt during the winter you will be required to clean the exterior of the trailer before its return.
  
• Repairs due to failure: If the trailer you are renting breaks down (e.g. flat tire, tail light out, etc), please proceed as follows. If less than $50.00, proceed with the repair and bring us the bill for reimbursement. If greater than $50, please call first for approval. If approval has not been received, it is possible you may not be reimbursed.
• The renter's vehicle must have suitable connections for wiring, an appropriate hitch for towing and be rated for towing the weight of the trailer. (electric brake controls are mandatory for tandem axle trailers with brakes).
• Please return trailers on time as others may have it rented the next day. Trailers returned 1 or more days late without contacting for extended days will be charged daily rate plus $50 for each day until returned.
  
• Premier Custom Trailers reserves the right to refuse rental service to any customer not meeting hook up requirements. 

** Renter agrees to the above mentioned requirements, further they agree to be on time for pick-up and returns. Returns no later than 5 pm unless previously arranged; Delivery pick-ups begin at 9 am.

• Motorcycle Straps (Set of 4): $10.00 per rental period
• Car Hauler Tie Down Straps (Set of 4) $20.00 per rental period
• Wireless Bluetooth Brake Controller $10 /Day

*NOTE:  Trailers returned after designated time are subject to an additional day’s charge plus late fees

• Friday Pickup – 3 Day Rental – due back Monday at 8:00 am
• Saturday Pickup – 1 Day Rental – due back Monday at 8:00 am
